Terms of Service

Effective date: July 17, 2026

These terms govern your use of the ReMed mobile application and its related services. By creating an account or using ReMed, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What ReMed is — and is not

ReMed is a medicine reminder and personal record tool. It helps you schedule reminders, log doses, and see your own adherence over time.

ReMed is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, dosage recommendations, drug-interaction checks, or emergency services. It does not decide whether a skipped or late dose should be taken. Always follow the instructions of your doctor, pharmacist, or medicine label, and do not rely on ReMed as the only safeguard for a time-critical treatment.

2. Your account

You need a free email-and-password account so your routines and history can be backed up and restored. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be able to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to create an account; ReMed is not directed at children.

You can sign out or delete your account at any time from the app's settings. Deletion removes the active account and its associated cloud data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Reminders and notifications

Reminders are scheduled locally on your device and delivered by your operating system. Delivery can be affected by device settings, battery optimization, focus modes, permission changes, or platform behavior outside ReMed's control. ReMed cannot guarantee that any individual reminder will be delivered or noticed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other users' data, probing or disrupting ReMed's infrastructure, reverse-engineering the service for competitive purposes, or using the service in violation of applicable law.

5. Price and availability

ReMed is currently free, with no paid features. The service is provided on an "as available" basis: features may change, and syncing or account services may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Your local schedule and reminders continue to work from the copy stored on your device.

6. Your content

The medicine routines, instructions, and history you enter remain yours. You grant ReMed the limited right to store and process this data solely to operate the app's account, sync, reminder, and history features, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReMed is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. ReMed does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReMed and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for harm arising from missed, delayed, or duplicated reminders, or from reliance on the app for medical decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using ReMed and delete your account at any time. ReMed may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a material way, the updated terms will be published before the affected version of the app is released, and continued use of the service after that constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
